I wanted to order a bee tea towel as a gift and there was only one left.
Luckily, I made contact with Elizabeth Steinberg when I started a live chat. She was able to put the item on hold for a day until I could get the address of person I wanted to send it to. She even went so far as to add a handwritten note with the gift and shipped it out the same day!
